Welcome to ATLAS. By accessing or using ATLAS at getatlas.ca, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ATLAS, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ATLAS.

2. Description of Service

ATLAS is an AI-powered travel planning assistant. We provide itinerary suggestions, destination information, and travel guidance generated by artificial intelligence. ATLAS is intended for informational and planning purposes only.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ATLAS uses AI to generate travel plans, visa information, flight estimates, and other travel-related content. This content:

• May not always be accurate, complete, or up to date
• Is not a substitute for official government travel advisories
• Should not be solely relied upon for visa, immigration, or legal decisions
• May not reflect real-time prices, availability, or travel conditions

Always verify important travel information with official sources, airlines, embassies, and travel authorities.

4. User Accounts

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription & Payments

ATLAS offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.

• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there was an error.
• Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ATLAS for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or subscription restrictions
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute ATLAS content commercially
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

7. Intellectual Property

ATLAS, its logo, and interface design are owned by us. AI-generated travel plans produced for your personal use may be used freely. You may not resell or redistribute ATLAS-generated content as your own product.

8. Limitation of Liability

ATLAS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any travel disruptions, financial losses, visa refusals, or other damages arising from use of ATLAS. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Privacy

Your use of ATLAS is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ATLAS after changes means you accept the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
